1. Agreement
By using AdShotAI, you agree to these Terms. Do not use the service if you disagree.
2. Operator
AdShotAI is owned and operated by Shivank Sharma, an independent developer based in India.
3. Services
AdShotAI provides AI-based product photography generation. Features may evolve or change.
4. Accounts & Authentication
You may sign in using:
- Google OAuth
- Email-based login (if available)
Using Google OAuth grants us access to your name, email, and profile picture.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
- Upload sexual, violent, or prohibited items
- Try to bypass, exploit, or reverse-engineer the system
- Use the platform for misinformation or harmful actions
Violation may result in suspension or termination.
6. Your Content
You own the content you upload.
You must have the rights to upload it.
Generated outputs are licensed to you for personal or commercial use unless stated otherwise.
7. Payments & Credits
See /refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
AdShotAI is provided "as is".
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 6 months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Abuse
- Payment fraud
- Violations of these Terms
You may request account deletion anytime.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
11. Changes
Terms may be updated with notice via website updates.
